CTEK Angels


CTEK Angels was launched in January 2002 and is now the largest organized group of individual private investors in the Rocky Mountain region.   Since its inception CTEK Angels have made 25 investments in 20 companies.

Members of CTEK Angels are accredited investors, many of them successful entrepreneurs and business professionals, all with an explicit interest in investing in growing companies. In addition to capital, CTEK Angels bring significant experience and expertise to the deal ensuring the entrepreneur that they are approaching a group whose members are truly capable of making meaningful investments.

Each CTEK Angels member makes an individual investment decision but an interested group work collectively to perform due diligence and determine terms of the investment.  In addition, through our strategic alliance with Access Venture Partners, members of the CTEK Angels are able to co-invest along with the Access fund in companies brought forward by CTEK through our Conduit2Capital program.

The CTEK Angels meet on the 3rd Tuesday of every month.  The meeting locations vary and are held at the offices of a CTEK Sponsor.
